Using Flipbooq
Terms of service for the Flipbooq application
These terms establish the responsibilities, rights, and acceptable use of the Flipbooq platform. By creating an account or accessing the service you agree to the commitments below.
Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent. Administrators are responsible for ensuring invited teammates comply with these terms.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- Notify Flipbooq immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Disable access for users who leave your organization or violate policy.
Workspace management
Primary administrators may configure branding, feature access, and integrations. All activity within a workspace is attributable to the owning customer.
Acceptable use
Flipbooq is designed for lawful distribution of digital publications. You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Introduce malware, attempt to bypass security controls, or overload the service.
- Use Flipbooq to promote harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive material.
Prohibited behavior
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect spam, abuse, or other violations. In urgent cases we may remove offensive content to protect readers.
Service availability and support
We operate Flipbooq with high availability in mind and continuously monitor uptime. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance whenever possible.
- Core platform features are provided “as is” and may evolve without prior notice.
- Customer support is available via support@flipbooq.app.
- We may release beta functionality for evaluation; participation is optional.
Third-party services
Integrations (such as cloud storage connectors) are subject to their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining those agreements.
Intellectual property
Customers retain ownership of their uploads and generated publications. Flipbooq retains the rights to platform technology, branding, and documentation.
- You grant Flipbooq a limited license to host and process content solely to deliver the service.
- Feedback shared with us can be used to improve the platform without obligation.
Confidentiality
We protect customer data in line with our privacy policy. Both parties agree to keep non-public information exchanged under these terms confidential.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. Upon termination we will disable access and begin deleting hosted content according to the privacy policy.
- Unpaid invoices may result in suspension until resolved.
- We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or pose security risks.
Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipbooq and its suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Flipbooq, Inc. is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mutually agreed otherwise.
Updates to these terms
We may update the terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
